Pocket Glass Whisky Water Dropper in Harris Tweed® Case

Phenomenal service, great experience.

I was visiting Scotland with some friends recently. I ended up purchasing these droppers last minute as a gift for them to commemorate the trip. I had issues shipping to a local post office near our airbnb and the package was declined there and shipped back to the seller. These guys were nice enough to go out of their way to send me a new shipment to our airbnb location while they waited for their parcel to be returned back to them. I can't emphasize enough how awesome my customer service experience was. The company was communicative the whole way through. And the stressful part for me was that I placed my order like 5 business days before I was leaving back to the US. So it was important for me to receive these droppers before I left Scotland. And when the package was first declined, I thought there was no chance I'll get them on time. But, the very next day, the company sent out a new parcel and I received it the day after that. My friends were so happy when I presented it to them during an evening outing. The day was saved! The droppers themselves are very nice. They are heavier than the ones you can find around the souvenir shops in Edinburugh where were staying. And the company that makes the droppers no longer exists. So once they sell out, I doubt you'll find them again. And there are less than a handful of shops online that sell these droppers with this tweed case. In the city, I couldn't find these droppers at all. So just skip it and order them here. I would 100% recommend this product. The quality and personalization is superb. But, more importantly, I would 100% recommend this company for any and all future purchases.

This is such a beautifully made little thing, my husband really loves it, and the Harris Tweed holder is such nice quality.
